Control Engineer
Internship / ProjectWorked in a team of three developing a low-cost Automatic Tank Gauging system for fluid storage — a fully synthesised hardware and software solution to measure, track and control fuel levels in above-ground storage vessels.
- Hardware control comprised digital and analogue sensors on STM32 and ESP32 microcontrollers, programmed in embedded C.
- Data communicated via MQTT to a Java-based server backend; front end built in core JavaScript and CSS.
- Version control via Git/GitHub. Component design in Inventor, with LTSpice for simulation.
